Transferring Smart Mailboxes plist file

I copied these files from my old mac to a new mac into the /Users/xxx/Library/Mail/V10/Maildata folder (only folder looking appropriate) but restarting the Mail client does not display the SmartMailboxes I had created. SyncedSmartMailboxes SmartMailboxesLocalProperties Any tips on how to get this working?
