Speech recognition performance seems to have degraded with macOS 15.2

Perhaps this is only happening for me, but ever since upgrading to macOS 15.2 yesterday, it seems like speech recognition is less much less able to understand and accurately transcribe what I am saying into apps. Is anyone else seeing this happen? Am I simply failing to enable some sort of new Apple Intelligence settings that are necessary?
