Should I upgrade to Mac os sequoia?

I have a MacBook Pro 2019 16gb RAM, i5. Currently running on OS Ventura 13.2.1 I was wondering if the upgrade to sequoia would be too much? Also when I fullscreen video the screen tends to flicker, only in fullscreen, is this something that would be resolved with the upgrade? If not, any tips on how to stop this annoying flickering? Thanks!
