Sending a Genmoji to devices that doesn’t support Apple Intelligence

I live in Europe, so iPhones currently doesn’t have Apple Intelligence and my Mac is one of the only devices in my family that has Apple Intelligence (plus that there not many devices in my family that can support that), so I’m wondering if I can still send Genmojis from my MacBook Air to one of my family’s devices and they can see it? (They all have IPhone 13)
