Magic Keyboard globe + touch ID have no effect

Hi, I just got my magic keyboard. I have Macbook M3 Pro with Sonoma 14.6.1. I try to use the globe button and touch ID however they have no effect. When I try to increase/decrease volume the f11/f12 buttons are working and I can't change it. I tried to reboot the computer, turn on/off the buttons and disconnecting the blutooth connection but still neither work. Any known solution for the problem?
