Made changes with keychain and now system doesn't allow me to do multiple things

Hi I hope I will manage to explain you my problem, but I am getting crazy I have an M3 pro supplied by my university, so most of the options are managed by the University. Last week I was running into a problem for which every time I tried to access a website I need for work, a pop-up was constantly showing requesting for my keychain password not allowing me to use the website. I found online this was a common problem and I have changed the keychain password and this has sorted the problem. Back to today I realised I wasn't able to use the fingerprint to unlock the pc anymore but I had to put the password manually all the time. I then noticed that even if I try to re-enable the fingerprint , it keeps asking me for the password and then nothing happened. At the same time my OneDrive (connected with the university account) doesn't sync anymore and keeps giving me this error : Error code 8004ded0. Plus when I try to install apps from the appstore it doesn't do anything and keeps loading indefinitely. I assume the fact that I changed the keychain password must have fucked up the whole thing, problem is now that when I try to open the Keychain app, after I insert the password (the system one) nothing happens. I am completely stuck. I tried to load Time machine but doesn't look like I have any backup. I need OneDrive for my project and I have no idea what to do. Apart from all this mess with keychain I didn't do anything different, I remember I have updated to the last software approved by university (Sonoma 15.3) but nothing else. Do you think there is a correlation between the keychain changes I did and this mess? I am sure if I contact the Uni IT they will ask to see the computer and they will keep it for weeks. Anything I could try? I really hope you can help me :(
