MacBook Pro 2018 keeps crashing and rebooting - find out reason via logs?

Hi! I have a MacBook Pro 2018 running Sonoma 14.4.1 and over the last few months it has occassionally randomly rebooted whilst I am using it, which I assume is caused by a crash of some kind. This is starting to become a more frequent occurrunce so ideally I'd like to find out what is causing it to see if I can resolve it. What would be the easiest way to find out the reason for this reboot? Is there a similar application to Event Viewer on Windows? I have tried Console but to be honest I don't really know what I am looking for and was hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction! Thanks!!
