Mac OS 15 on Intel MacBook Air 2020

I just installed the new MacOS 15 on my MacBook Air. I upgraded from 10.15 directly too 15. So far I have noticed that it is way slower then 10.15. I jus wanted too know from ppl with a MacBook with similar specs whether the performance does improve over time My MacBook specs: CPU: Intel i5 Quad Core 1.1 ghz GPU: Intel Iris Plus Graphics 1536 MB RAM: 8 GB 3733 MHz LPDDR4X SSD: 512 gigs (idk if that will impact the peformance hence why I put it) I use this MacBook for school work, app dev, and light gaming mostly Roblox and Minecraft
