Is there any reason to not use the highest refresh rate on monitor with MacOS

I have two monitors setup, the main one is a 4K Dell 60hz directly to the Mac, then I have a secondary 1440p Alienware monitor that goes up to 165hz that goes Displayport to Caldigit dock then USB-C to Mac. Is there any reason to not run the Alienware at its highest refresh rate? I am not gaming at all on the Mac (that monitor is connected to a PS5 for that), it is just a secondary for videos/youtube or extra windows. It gives me the option to have it at 60hz, 120hz, 144hz or 165hz. I was wondering if I should set it to 60hz to match the Dell or just leave it at its max 165hz.
