Is it possible to copy iTunes from an old MBP (2012) to a MBP 2021 M1?

I use iPod Nanos to run music in my car. I have a couple playlists for them. There is another play list for my phone for me to listen to while on public transit. I still have the MBP 2012. It runs well except that the track pad only recognizes clicking action on about 1/4 of it. Is it possible to copy iTunes from the old MBP to my newer one? What about my play lists?
