How to stop annoying device approval notifications

Has anyone yet figured out how to stop these annoying notifications? Everytime I open my Macbook, a stream of them have popped up like a bad virus. It's an M2, v14.6 (Sonoma), and just a few months old. I had initially tried to pair old Macbook with the same name, but removed the pairing after it didn't work. I've reset the keychain and iCloud settings, removed the device from the family sharing suite, shut down iCloud programs from Activity Manager, and performed every recommended troubleshooting step, but months later it's still on. I also do not use my older Macbook at all (the one that's trying to pair). Where is this still coming from?
