How to open mxf files on mac?

Hey everyone, I’m working with a bunch of raw footage in .mxf format (shot on a Canon C300 Mark II) and really need a way to quickly preview these files in Finder using Quick Look (just by hitting spacebar). I’m on macOS Monterey, and so far Finder just shows a generic icon for the files without any preview or playback functionality. I tried using VLC for playback, which works fine for viewing the footage, but it’s not ideal since I have to open each file individually. I also looked into installing codecs or plugins, like Calibrated Software’s MXF Import, but haven’t had much luck getting it to work properly. Please helpp
