Good equalizer app that works with airpods automatic switching?

Hey there! I've been reading around and testing a few different things to get better EQ for my music, mainly.. I generally use the Apple Music EQ without issues, but I also listen to a lot of music from YouTube and watch movies/shows on Amazon, Netflix, etc, using my Mac So, I'm looking for a global equalizer solution that works for everything. I've tried eqMac and Boom3D, and both sound great when they work properly, but that's the problem... Usually, both apps die off after automatically switching my AirPods to something else. I usually use my work MacBook and my personal next to each other, and 90% of the time, I use sound from my personal for music or podcasts, then sometimes I have to switch to my work for a call. When I automatically switch back to my personal, the first 5-6 times, it's fine, but after that, both eqMac and Boom3D become unresponsive, and im forced to "Force quit" them to get sound back. Any ideas on a good solution for this? Thanks!
