Finder Daily Crashes

Hi As the title suggests, every day it hangs when trying to connect to a NAS, connect to iCloud, copying files from iCloud, always send to be something. Mail hanging on quitting, just fairly simple stuff. It’s a 1st Gen Mac Studio and definitely not overworking it when crashes happen. Plenty of bandwidth on WiFi and usually needs a hard restart to get the thing working again. Should add OSX and all peripherals are up to date. Checked the internet but there’s nothing definitive I’ve tried to date to resolve the issues. Looking for some advice on this problem if anyone has encountered a similar issue and enacted a fix that has taken?
