Equivalent or better to my current PC?

I have a 6 core/12 thread Ryzen 5 5500 RTX 3060 12gb 16gb Ram 4 TB nvme Is a Mac mini m4 with similar storage/ Ram specs better than my PC? For Audio production. Thanks.
