Disappearing Icons in Finder

Since upgrading to MacOS 15.2 I have a problem in the Finder. Whenever I browse through my Files, some of the Icons disappear and reappear. It looks like they are "dancing". I attached a picture where two of the folder icons are gone. They don't stay like that but instead reappear and disappear again randomly. Does anyone have the same problem or even found a solution to this? Also, when saving a File I sometimes click another file to get it's exact name and then change the format. For example I save a file as .jpg and then export the same file again as png but click the jpg first to get the exact same name. This normally removes the File Format so .jpg gets removed. Whenever I try to do this with a .dxf, the file format stays and the newly saved file becomes something like "Test1.dxf.jpg".
