Clean My Mac X - Having Issues - Can't Download Some 3rd Party Software

I read in one of these Mac groups that Clean My Mac deleted some files deep within the Apple OS ecosystem thereby messing with this guys computer. He ended up taking his machine to a technician to solve his issue. I can't find the post but I believe the same thing has happened on my Mac Pro. I can't install a few 3rd party programs and software on my machine, where I previously had Clean My Mac X, where I CAN download without a problem on my MacBook Pro. I'm almost at the point of wiping my computer and fresh installing everything. I hope not though. NOT looking forward to that nightmare. Any guidance from anyone? Help? I'm on a 2019 Mac Pro Intel running OS 15.2 Sequoia
