Can't delete, find or open App??

I have an app, I installed it with homebrew apparently. I can see it in my apps but can't open it or see it in my finder or delete it. when I click on it, it won't open bc it's in the trash. trash is empty tho. I can't remove it through the terminal bc it can't be found. when I try to uninstall it through the terminal, with a homebrew command, won't work either bc homebrew isn't installed. im not sure if people are familiar with homebrew but I can't believe that there's no possible way for me to red rid of this app.
