Bookmarks Sync (MacOS & Windows)

I'm a Mac user at home, with a MacBook, iPad, and iPhone, so I love the simplicity and security of Safari. I manage all my bookmarks across my Apple ecosystem. However, at work I have a Windows computer provided by my employer, which as we know doesn't support Safari and I have to use Chrome or Edge (I don't like them). What tools are there or what advice would you give me to manage all my bookmarks across systems?
