Automating Night Shift intensity at different times

I really like how Night Shift looks tonally on macOS, but I wish I could adjust its intensity throughout the day, similar to how F.lux works. F.lux offers more customization with color temperature, but I prefer Night Shift’s overall look. Is there any way to automate or manually adjust the intensity of Night Shift on macOS in a similar way to F.lux? Any suggestions would be appreciated!
