Any way to hack macOS to allow pro motion whilst on power saving mode?

I have a MacBook Pro M4 pro and battery life significantly improves on battery saver mode. Unfortunately the only drawback is I have to use only 60hz when it is on. If anyone is experienced in "hacking" macOS, how would I go about changing this?
