15.2 Youtube doesn't play videos past buffer bar

Since 15.2 released, I have developed a weird issue with my MacBook Pro M3 Max. Youtube will simply not play, past where the buffer bar loads to. Once the video hits that point, I just get a spinning circle. I also cannot advance the video beyond that point. My iPhone, iPad and other devices all work fine on the same network. Additionally, the same thing happens, regardless of browser. I've tried Safari, Chrome and Edge, they all do the same thing. The only thing that seems to work, is Safari, if I put it in inPrivate mode, then YouTube videos will play just fine. However, incognito mode on Chrome and Edge do not work. Additionally, I rebooted the MacBook into safe mode, and the issue still occurred. Not sure what else to do, any ideas?
