M2 Max or M3 Pro - which one to buy?

I am considering two macbooks which I saw at Facebook market place and OLX. 

Which one you think as a better option. M2 Max or M3 Pro? Both have one TB SSD and 32GB RAM. 

Max is at 2L, M3 Pro is 2.5L
