Water bill without connection

I have been getting this message every other day since 2-3 month now. Irony is we do not have any such connection at home . I have checked bill and website and all seems genuine. What should I do now ?? My father ( who Worked in Nagar nigam as 3rd party previously ) said to ignore this message and in future if any team comes to Home we can show them that we do not have any water connection.
