UPPCL Electricity Bill Charged Twice. What can I do?

I'm not in India at the moment, but my UPPCL electricity bill is showing twice the amount of the regular bill. They've generated the same bill twice for the month of January, and the amount it's showing on the app is combining the two bills. The online support is horrendous, I lodged a complaint through email (no response) and through whatsapp (marked as resolved automatically). What are my options?
