Summit cafe's having free entry for couples

I am 20M i want to take my gf to a good cafe at summit. She wants to explore it, so can you guys please tell me some cafes in which entry is free and there is some sort of privacy there. My budget is around 1000. And are there any advices i should keep in mind.
