Suggest me an inter college which doesn't have strict attendance rules.

My sister has completed her 10th standard. She has an online business and she mostly wants to focus on that but I've been nagging her to study at least till graduation. She has told me that she'll continue her studies on one condition if I can find a college where she can take admission and then directly go to write exams in the end. Are there any such colleges in Lucknow?
