Road block!

This happened yesterday. A baraat caused a huge road block and traffic jam, people couldn’t get around as this one went right in the middle of the road. At some point an ambulance also got stuck behind (Hopefully the patient reached timely) Wanted to ask the members… What could we do in such situation? What do lucknow waasi think about this baraat scene?
