Ordered Paneer, Got Chicken Instead.

Went to Cosmos last evening, expecting a good meal, but had an absolutely disappointing experience. I ordered chilli cottage cheese with gravy, but to my shock, they served me chicken instead. This is a serious mistake, especially for vegetarians, people with dietary issues, or someone with religious beliefs against eating meat. When I pointed it out, the staff didn’t handle it well. Instead, they asked me whether I was vegetarian or non-vegetarian—as if that even mattered after such a huge blunder. The lack of accountability was frustrating. If a restaurant can’t even get a basic order right, how can customers trust them with food safety or hygiene? At that point, we decided to leave the restaurant without eating. Definitely not going back, and I hope they take better care in the future. Has anyone else had a similar experience? How did you handle it?
