My friend lost his bag at Lucknow Junction PL-2

On 28th December 2024, a group of eight friends, including us, was traveling from Gorakhpur to our respective homes in Bareilly, Kanpur, and Kannauj via Lucknow. At Lucknow station, we all had to change trains and faced a waiting time of 3 to 4 hours. In the excitement of going back home, we decided to board the same train together for some time while waiting. Unfortunately, one of our bags, containing a laptop, essential IDs, and clothes, was left behind on a chair on platform number 2. We immediately started searching for it on our own and also filed a complaint on both RailMadad and with the respective GRP (Government Railway Police). They have advised us to wait for updates. does anyone have any opinion?
