I am planning to invest \~70L in Lucknow real estate. I am confused whether I should buy a residential plot or a commercial shop/studio. I'm specifically interested in the following options. 1. Migsun Lucknow Central - shops / studio 2. Kailasha Awadh - shops 3. Residential plots near MohanlalGanj Would like to know the possible returns(rent or sale) of these options. Additionally, I welcome suggestions for other promising investment options in Lucknow.
