Ideas for utilizing my property

Hi Friends. So I need the help from this community. I am originally from Lucknow and have an ancestral house in Indira Nagar that is bang on the main road. The property is pretty big and my parents still live there. I have left Lucknow and settle abroad since 2005 . Though I do come home every 6 months. Now problem is that a major portion of this property is being unused. Since my mom dad are getting old their utilization of house is becoming lesser. I was thinking of opening a small business like taking Apollo pharmacy franchise or maybe opening a small supermarket etc. So my question is 1) is Lucknow suitable to open a pharmacy in a portion of the property ? As in license safety etc ? 2) how else can I utilize the property ? Should I try opening a small hostel for boys ? Any suggestion would be really helpful. Thanks !
