Binding a A5 Diary

Hi I have a 400 page pdf that I want to print double side in A5 (or B5) side and hard bind to make a diary As simple as this request seems to be, despite budget being no bar most printer services have denied this Would love to know if anyone knows anyone in Lucknow who can get this done Bonus points if you're willing to join me in burning the printer service stores who were rude
