Traveling to Lucknow

So I'll be coming back to Lucknow on 19th. My train is from Mumbai to Lucknow. It will start on 18th. Is it safe to travel? Like I all the videos I'm seeing it's scary. Has anyone traveled recently from Mumbai to Lucknow? What was your experience?
