Regarding kursi road living area

Is the Kursi road side area nearby Integral, Scorpio club good enough to live for future prospects?? Or if you can suggest any other better developing areas of lucknow? Any idea about the property prices? I am looking for a decent place for my uncle who wants to invest there and live. Since he has a small family of 2 teens so just asking. Thanks in advance
