Please guide me to learn cycling in Lucknow.

I am 18 yo boy. I have never rode a bicycle. I don't know how to balance it and ride it. And mere family me koi sikhane wala bhi nahi hai. Is it possible that I can go to some teaching classes when they teach this ? Please don't make fun guys, I did not get a chance to drive a cycle in my childhood. That's why I don't know still. But i want to learn. Because bina cycle ke scooty ya bike bhi nahi ho payegi.
