Planning to buy Flat in Parsvnath Planet, Vibhuti Khand

I need some suggestions from people who know or live in Parsvnath Planet, Vibhuti Khand. We have 3 toddlers in our family and planning to buy a resale 4BHK flat there. Hoping to give better environment, security and play area to our kids. Can anyone give some feedback, insights about that society. Any pro and cons I should know about?
