Pet-friendly parks in Lucknow

My pet loves open spaces. He is particularly fond of parks. Is there any park in Lucknow that allows pets? I checked at Smrti Upvan and Janeshwar Mishra Park, pets are not allowed. Are there any parks open for pets?
