Need some suggestions over stay near Charbagh station

Heyy, I was planning to visit and was trying to figure out where should I stay, these are the options I saw on make my trip. Someone pls help me figure and recommend something best I'm coming with my friend and we need good cleanliness and if budget comes around 1000 it would be best for us. Any for tips and suggestions are appreciated for an almost 2 day trip.
