Is it worth it to buy LDA Flats?

Hi everyone, I'm considering to buy a LDA flat. The scheme is "Kabir Nagar: Devpur Para". The issue is that some people told me that the quality of LDA flats are not that good. I was there today to see the property myself. The residence living their said the opposite. They said that these flats are constructed by L&T and the build quality is really good. Can anyone let me know if I should buy them or not? It's in my budget and I'm planning to live there. And is the area (Para Road) good? Thanks in advance.
