I want to file case against Renetus Wellness, what is the process, Please help, Urgent!

My oldage father is constantly brainwashed by people associated with this company, it works like MLM, they do tall claims with the product like it is some god sent shit, i took the pills , but it gave severe reaction, i want to case file, for fraudulant business or fraudulant claims, please help
