Gallbladder stones surgery

Hello guys My father is suffering from gallbladder stones, doctor has recommended to go for operation. He is 61 years old. He has some cardiac issues as well. I visited Dr Gufran in Sarang Hospital but he denied to perform the surgery because of cardiac issue. Please suggest some affordable hospital where I can go for surgery. I can also visit Delhi for surgery if required, have some relatives where we can stay for few days. The doctor said to do the surgery in next few months. Thank you.
