First time attending concert query

Guye I will be attending a concert for a first time in my life. Booked honey singh millionaire tour which is happening in Lucknow on 28th Feb although venue isn't announced yet. I have general access pass as millionare one wasn't getting booked in early phases. What things do I need to take care of? Do I need go to venue 2-3 hours before to get in the line. Can we take water bottles and stuff? Also anyone here attended Diljeet's concert which happened in Lucknow? How was your experience?
