Considering Mobile Repairing Course for My Younger Brother (11th Standard, Not into Studies) – College or Private Course?

Hey everyone, my younger brother is in 11th standard, but he doesn’t really like studies and hardly goes to school. I’m thinking of enrolling him in a mobile repairing course to help him build skills and eventually start his own business. Do you think a college program would be the right choice, or would a private mobile repairing course be a better option for him, considering his interest in hands-on work rather than academics? Looking for advice or suggestions on what could set him up for success.
