Urgent - Need a 3BHK apartment in Kakkanad for my family

Hey folks, I need a 3BHK apartment in the Kakkanad area for my family. I'll be moving out of my current apartment soon and bringing my family as my wife needs to rejoin as her maternity leave is nearly over. I'm now looking for a 3BHK apartment in and around Kakkanad. I've tried OLX and it seems to be infected with shady brokers who post misleading ads. I've been hoodwinked more times than I'd like to admit. I'm reaching out to see if anyone here knows of any available apartments. * Nobody in my family drinks or smokes and planning to prepare only veg foods (If the landlord cares for those attributes) * We have a 6-month-old baby moving with us along with our in-laws * We have 2 cars and 2 motorcycles. It would be great to get covered parking at least for 1 car and motorcycles. * We're looking for furnished/semi-furnished apartments. Budget - 25-30 including maintenance.
