Recommendations for calm places and other things

Hello everyone, I'm coming in to Kochi for 5 days early next month for a music conference. I've kept 3 days for exploring the place. I've overworked myself this past year without much scope for travel, in a city that is choking me with pollution. I'd be grateful if you can suggest places in Kochi for me to visit and just calm myself. And any other recommendations you might have while I'm there. Thanks! P.S. the music conference is happening at Kerala Museum on 7th and 8th Feb.
