Not having a new year plan . Someone help us out ASAP

So me , my gf and my best friend with his gf. We don’t have any plans tonight. Can someone please help us . We are not looking into the LUXURIOUS type of celebration were most spent more money. Looking for something where people gather , not too crowded . This is gonna be my last new year with these guys . So someone please help us out. (:parties,bars,beaches,….)
