    Need help on Failed UPI transfer

    Hi, On 20th Feb 2025 12 am midnight, I did a transaction of Rs.3166 on Amazonpay to my friend. I entered the PIN & transaction started processing and within a few seconds it was shown as Transaction Failed, money is NOT deducted. I don't know how it exactly took place at 12 am. But next second I got SMS from SBI saying that money was debited along with reference number of the transaction. When I asked my friend in 20th morning whether he got the money, he said No. So i called the SBI customer support and they told me to wait T+1 day. So I waited; but today 21st Feb till 3pm, I haven't received my money back, neither my friend has received it in his account. He went to his bank and checked his statement. I tried calling SBI support 2 times , but they said they are unable to raise complaint due to some technical issue. So I myself tried to register complaint online on SBI portal. After filling up all details and when I try to submit, It says "Cannot register complaint for a Successful transaction " What should I do..? Should I visit the branch or wait for a few more days..? I am a person with social anxiety, It is a tough job for me to visit the branch and explain them about the issue. Anybody gone through the same situation, Please tell me how you resolved the issue..
