Need help in finding accommodation

I have an exam scheduled at Muthoot college (MITS, puthenkurish, Varikoli) on 20th December. I’m coming from TVM, planning to reach there one day prior to exam and book a stay (tomorrow) I have to report around 10 30 AM, so where should I pick a stay? Kakkanad or Thrippunithara (preferably somewhere with an Uber distance)
