Kochi pollution levels

Is it just me or is there a lot of change on the air pollution. I mean everyday there is a kind of mist/fog irrespective of the time. I thought it was just fog but now its visible in afternoons too. This pic was just taken some time back around 11.00 AM . The buildings afar could be seen really clear but now it’s not visible. Is it just me or am i just overthinking? The AQI seems normal on some websites.
